I have a diverse background originating in Fashion - creative and visually based where I started to lean into operational efficiency to maximise team productivity and commercial success. From here, I moved into a commercial sales role within the paint industry where I developed my commercial acumen and leadership skills. I discovered a love and skill for coaching and developing people and launched the first ever EMEAI Women's Network, serving two years as chair.I recently made the leap into advertising where I have merged my creative heart with my continuous improvement mindset together in a Global Programme Director role, learning about agency side advertising.
