I work within the Client Services department with specific responsibility for The Royal Parks (Royal Parks Half Marathon), the British Olympic Association (I Am Team GB), Eden Project Communities (Big Lunch Community Walk) and Comic Relief (Sport Relief). As Account Director, my responsibilities for these campaigns include: • The strategic planning and development of long term business plans • Overall financial responsibility, with a focus on profitability. This includes budget setting, monitoring and reconciliation, the development of income models and agreeing project cash flow/payment schedules (internally and externally).• Leadership and management of the account teams to ensure that the internal LimeLight departments are engaged and we are delivering across all elements of the campaign including event management, marketing, CX and technology • Working with the Business Development team to secure new sponsorship deals • Relationship building and management of commercial partners and key stakeholders• The development of new partnerships to support the long term planning of the above properties, but also to generate new clients / campaigns• Close working with charity partners to maximise their fundraising potential through the campaigns• Crisis Management planning

Responsible for all aspects of planning and procurement necessary to deliver world-class events. Involved in the full spectrum of the event management process from strategy through to sponsor management and on-site delivery.Clients: included J.P. Morgan (J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge), Nike (Nike+ Human Race, Run London, Midnight Madness and Joga3), The Greater London Authority (Mayor of London Skyride).
