Primarily a research based role, I reviewed competitor activity, re-evaluated the existing franchise model and explored market entry opportunities, such as online marketplaces, as part of the entry strategy projects for Canada, China and India. Relationship management, exemplary communication and innovation skills were integral to the role to ensure effective and efficient completion of tasks and projects.
