Gemma is currently the company founder and director of CraZy BeanZ Ltd, children's entertainment providers.The company was launched in November 2017. Since then it has grown to a team of ten contracted performers and admin staff. CraZy BeanZ was nominated and shortlisted for three business awards in 2018. In 2019 they were awarded 'Most Unique Children's Entertainment Providers' West Sussex, Global hospitality awards, presented by Lux Life magazine. CraZy BeanZ clients are a mix of local parents, schools, businesses and high profile clients. The company has been built to provide set packages for small birthday parties and discos, and bespoke entertainment packages for bigger events. Types of events that have been catered to, range from children's parties, to festivals and corporate events. CraZy BeanZ is built with the ethos of building children's creativity, confidence, collaboration and communication skills. The company takes great care in utilising these steps in all planning, preparation and training.With Gemma's experience as a teacher and childcare professional, Gemma recognises that engagement techniques are the key to success at CraZy BeanZ events. Gemma enlists a variety of strategies and training methods that help the whole team to engage children with confidence at each event, including online training platforms with 24 hour access. This is what gives the events the magic and power they posses. The children are fully captivated. because the team know how to captivate them.Before launching CraZy BeanZ, Gemma trained as a professional actress, which led to an immediate career in teaching and entertaining children through a variety of mediums. Along side her entertainment commitments, Gemma turned her attention to a career in education. This began with a management role in the tuition industry, which led to a PGCE in primary education and work as a primary school class teacher. Gemma now embarks on a career that utilises all wealth of skills in performance, education, management and childcare.
