Providing psychological consultations to CAFCASS staff members on complex cases in private and public law.

I provide psychological assessments for family and criminal court as part of my private practice. I have also been providing a consultation service to CAFCASS and children's services over the past few years.

This post is based within a low secure service with close links to the medium secure service and wider directorate. I work as a team psychologist, providing psychological risk assessments and interventions for inpatients, working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

This is a freelance job, which involves reviewing, editing and formatting articles for New Scientist and other magazines and journals.

This post was in partnership with NOMS, working on the Offender Personality Disorder Pathway, community specification with the National Probation Service (NPS). I worked as the lead clinical psychologist for the NHS partnership during this time and was also the clinical lead for the Psychologically Informed Planned Environment (PIPE) in an approved premise.

This involved working as team psychologist in a medium secure hospital. I also had significant involvement in working with out-patents with a history of sexual offending, and their partners.
