I am a Partner and lead on Inclusive Leadership at School for CEOs. I enjoy the diverse responsibility of this role, which can range from 1:1 coaching programmes, through to bespoke leadership development sessions and reverse mentoring programmes. In 2022 I was listed in the Business Insider's 35 Rising Stars in Business under 35.I am fascinated by language and culture. Having nurtured an enhanced sensitivity to these elements through University (I completed a BA Hons Modern Languages and European Studies (French and Spanish)), they now inform my coaching practice, particularly when working in global organisations and with culturally diverse clients.I completed an MSc Occupational & Organisational Psychology in 2018, specialising in reverse mentoring for my thesis research. Since developing the School’s reverse mentoring offering, I am regularly invited to consult in organisations and provide keynote speeches at a variety of events exploring reverse mentoring, generational diversity, and inclusive leadership among other themes.School for CEOs commissions research into key leadership subjects and I co-authored our two latest reports with partners from School of Psychology at Heriot Watt University, exploring burnout among executives during the pandemic, and the impact of impostor feeling among senior leaders.In my spare time I am a sports enthusiast, and was part of the Scotland Netball squad for 6 years, competing for Team Scotland in the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games and the Scottish Thistles in the 2015 Sydney Netball World Cup. I retired from international sport in 2016, and in 2018 I co-founded Accies Netball Club as part of a pilot scheme trialling a high-performance club structure in Scotland.
