I have enjoyed success across three distinct industry sectors over the last ten years of my career. From improving the operational performance and customer satisfaction in the busy hotel sector; to making workplaces safer during my employment as a health and safety manager and, most recently, showing the highest levels of success in my team within the DWP. My approach to problem-solving is the common thread I have used to deliver success over the last ten years.Working swiftly with teammates and managers, I gain an understanding of the big-picture organisational aims and objectives and how these fit into the vision and mission of the organisation. I can research, gather data, test, gain feedback, and learn quickly to identify areas for improvement and work across multiple workstreams simultaneously to show timely and tangible results.
