My current role as Implementation and Specialist Manager involves leading a team of Payroll Specialists to drive continuous improvement for both the Civica NHS Team and our clients. My role as a Transition Consultant primarily involved managing the projects for transitioning new NHS clients from their incumbent payroll provider to our NHS team. In addition to this, when I was promoted to the Transition Specialist role this also included holding responsibility for training the other NHS Transition Consultants.My main duties for this.
