Managed a service called 'Initial Inclusion Support'. Providing short term support to young people with a disability between 5-18 years old to access social and leisure opportunities. Working alongside mainstream organisations to support them to include young people with disabilities to access their activities. Also responsible for organising training for the staff team and delivering in house training to staff and mainstream organisations.

Supporting young people aged 5-18 years old with additional support needs within a community setting. Supporting with personal care tasks, accessing the community and encouraging social engagement with peers. Supporting young people at residential weekends to partake in a variety of outdoor activities.

Providing support in the classroom to young people with additional support needs. Assisting the teacher with classroom duties as required.
