I moved over to the ARM Automotive team working as a Senior Consultant specialising within the Automotive Market with a focus on First Tier Suppliers.

I worked as a senior manufacturing consultant who specialised in the recruitment of both contract and permanent staff for the electronics manufacturing industries. I covered full lifecycle recruitment for my desk encompassing building client relationships, supporting client recruitment needs by sourcing suitable candidates and dealing with candidates direct to help fulfil their career aspirations.The types of people I recruited for included prototype wirers, panel wirers, ESA technicians, high level assemblers, production engineers, process engineers, manufacturing engineers, test engineers, test development engineers, quality engineers, production managers, manufacturing managers, test managers, quality managers, operations managers, project managers to name a few.

In this role I was responsible for carrying out telephone interviews with the general public to gather information for government statistics.
