Joined Fairways in July to support children within care.Participating in the assessment of the needs of children in conjunction with colleagues and other professionals. Assisting the children to develop life and social skills and age appropriate independence, teaching them to manage their own behaviour through the establishment of purposeful and constructive relationships. To work in partnership with families and carers of children looked after in achieving the aims and objectives of the children’s care plans / individual education plans.

Joined ARM in November 2010 to work within the power and energy department. I specialise in the supply of power and energy professionals on both permanent and contract basis.
