I worked as a Recruitment Team Leader specifically within the Automotive Industry. At the time our client list included leading OEMs, Consultancies and Suppliers, and our resourcing capabilities extended to contract and permanent recruitment for all technical skills. Beginning my career in 2005 as a trainee I progressed to Senior Consultant standard and eventually performed as a Team Lead. I remained hands on in the delivery to our clients through contingency recruitment projects and account management and additionally mentored/lead a growing division. This also involved the developing of staff I identified at interview from trainees to Automotive Consultants.

Working through the BT Field Engineer Apprentice programme. Covering in depth practical and theory studies within Telecommunications. Attained NVQ and BTEC qualifications as part of this. Worked to the point of independant Field Engineer.
