Oversee Incentives section; oversee Retirement Services Office (RSO) Section; manage preparation, quality control (QC), completion and distribution of enlisted separation documents; assist customers with application for retired pay and Survivor Benefits Program (SBP) elections; maintain retiree contact list for newsletter and updates; assist with preparation of Release From Active Duty (REFRAD) documents; oversee and manage state awards program, to include: receipt, QC, certificate production, and approval of state and federal awards processed through JFHQ, to include all retirement awards packets; oversee annual benefits briefing for retired personnel; review travel authorizations and vouchers for spouses attending Pre-Retirement Briefs.
Msg/E-8 - Brigade Senior Human Resources Nco, 95Th Troop Command
Overall responsible for supervising and coordinating Brigade full-service personnel operations to include: accurate accounting and reporting of personnel; awards processing; promotions; resolving pay problems; personnel evaluations; legal actions and archival of records; develop and update processes for tracking all personnel actions; serves as the Brigade’s Enlisted Policy Advisor and Manager.
