The Supporter Engagement Group connects financial and non financial supporters with areas of medical research they have a heart and mind passion for. Purposeful Fundraising delivers real impact, which lead to cures and improved patient outcomes on a global scale. I lead a team of passionate Supporter Engagement Managers and Officers that build relationships with our existing and new supporters, Our supporters - save lives. Medical Research areas and initiatives, currently funded include: COVID19, Breast Cancer, Prostate Cancer, Stroke disease, Heart Disease, Mental Health and Wellbeing, Aging Well, Parkinson's, Palliative Care, Veteran Health, First Responders and their families, Kidney Disease and Diabetes

As part of the South Australian/ West Australian Leadership Team, my role requires the skills to successfully manage multiple sites (10 branches), including the branch management, branch staff as well as work with different internal and external stakeholders.A key KPI is to set targets and business plans for the region, focusing on sales growth, customer retention and new business opportunities. Then execute these plans by managing the teams in my region to achieve these targets and business plans. Out performance is achieved by setting clear direction, sales training, coaching and motivation of the leadership team and branch staff.Manage with the Branch Lender, compliance to ANZ mortgage policy, breaches, file compliance, and training and coaching for performance around the same.Deliver and facilitate training courses around product enhancements, new policy, changes in priority and focus, ensuring that the presentation content receives early uptake and embedding of new skills by the participants. Participants include Lending Specialists, Branch Managers and Branch staff.
