I am an experienced telecoms revenue risk management consultant with over 35 years experience of IT software design and development, product and risk management, 25 years of which have been in the telecoms industry, the last 20 of which in revenue assurance. My specialist skills cover the areas of usage data management, revenue assurance and revenue risk and I have a wealth of practical, hands-on experience of the process gaps, system, operational and organisational issues that contribute to such revenue loss and how to overcome them. In conjunction with delivering revenue assurance training and consultancy I have also led the development of three generations of revenue assurance technology. I am an active member of the Risk and Assurance Group where I am leading the development of a Revenue Assurance Risk Catalogue.
