This role is part of the newly formed Modernization Advisory Services team, which supports program areas across the BC government to adopt modern, digital ways of working. Responsible for providing custom advice, mentorship, and research insights to enable the creation and sustainment of cross-functional continuous service improvement teams. The teams we build learn to use Agile methods and modern technology to improve services for the people of British Columbia.This role is responsible for collaboratively designing, building, and implementing programs, products, and services for priority Exchange Lab partners using Agile methods, human-centred design, and digital governance in the BC context.
