Lead a team relentless on delivering a superior external customer experience aligned with the company’s expectations. Work closely with sales to ensure company strategies are supported and executed. Review production schedules for all departments to insure established inventory levels are available while operating at the highest efficiency possible. With Quality Assurance, manage activities to ensure team members and product meet state and federal regulations as well as company policies on compliance. Assist the Production Manager with coordinating the hiring and training of all manufacturing personnel. Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality. Work closely with Human Resources as the Safety Manager to fervently ensure all members of the manufacturing team are aware of safety policies (Behavior Based Safety) and provide the safest workplace for our team members. Assist my Warehouse Manager with inventory levels and flow of product from our various US locations. • Personally drive and support a superior safety and housekeeping program, including timely communication regarding work related incidences, companywide. • Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets. • Analyze workforce requirements and conduct performance appraisals providing coaching and guidance to all senior management. • Encourage and promote a continuous improvement environment. • Remove production constraints; allocate human and equipment resources and direct production employees to attain all established goals. • Remove waste and increase production processes (5S, SMED) to improve efficiency. • Communicate and methodically trouble shoot with Repair and Maintenance on projects, equipment overhauls and preventive measures. • Work with purchasing to develop and improve supplier relationships. • Encourage the relationship with our workforce teams and enable them to successfully complete tasks as one forward driving unit.

Manage all production, administration, winemaking, bottling and maintenance staff. I aid team members and help plan and validate all budgets. I review all operational and CAPEX expenses, cut operating and vendor costs, monitor inventory and increase profitability. I am the primary liaison for outsourcing, included but not limited to: accounting, compliance, staffing and marketing. I have a clear knowledge of laws, regulations and guidelines with TTB compliance, regulatory agencies and governing organizations. I manage all department managers and their teams, control the facility management and oversee the entire plant budget. I am responsible for public presentations for staff and clients/vendors. I implement and develop all team building tailgates and leadership information and training. I oversee and manage the hospitality director making sure events and marketing is positive and profitable.
