• Played a key role as contributing architect of National Trust Services (NTS) reorganization creating stronger alignment of client service and support functions while rebalancing executive span of control to allow for.

• Led deep dive of all NTS departmental staffing to account for all functions and staff alignment. Included review of staff diversity highlighting areas for future hiring. Eliminated ~50% of job codes in use.

• Headed strategic assessment of opportunities for site consolidation and other potential cost saving ideas. Ultimately turned focus from cost saving efforts to growth potential through cross sales to existing single.
• Drove modeling and other critical components for the development and implementation of the Private Bank’s affluent client service model including the transition of over ~20K clients into the new model facilitating.

• Developed Private Bank’s security based lending product to bridge the gap between the broker dealer margin and custom credit capabilities, creating a growth opportunity with first year sales of $350MM in outstanding.

• Managed strategic plan development, establishment of management routines, initiative planning, and business reviews as Six Sigma support partner for the Private Bank and Investment Services Group to ensure initiatives.

• Led development of group’s first Siebel Customer Relationship Management system with oversight responsibility for combined PWC/internal technology team. System rolled out to more than 900 users in two phases on time.
