Finstra provides counsel to corporations on the value implications of their corporate strategy and value analysis of their options. Much of this work is done in collaboration with other consultants. I also provide the data analysis supporting the annual Innovation Index published by Forbes (http://www.forbes.com/innovative-companies/)

After retiring in June 2010, Mike was asked to return as a Senior Advisor, working with the research team to support the Research team to advance the HOLT valuation framework, to meet with major clients to anticipate their future requirements, and to be a mentor & resource to younger staff.

Oversaw all basic research to improve HOLT's valuation model. Chaired the Framework Committee which was responsible for reviewing and approving all changes to the model and the data structures used by HOLT. Worked closely with Sales to educate clients and assist them in applying HOLT's tools and insights to their investment process.

Founded this joint venture between HOLT and Deloitte to provide value-based management consulting services to corporate clients, combining the strategy capabilities of Deloitte's Braxton Associates practice with the data, tools, & insights with which HOLT Value Associates served institutional investors.
