Develop roast profiles for each coffee that mends the unique flavors of coffees from different countries of different varietals with the roast profile that best represents the coffees. Organize and manage orders and fulfill them on a timely basis. Provide coffee tastings for new potential accounts and guide their intrigue into practical decisions.

Assist the roasting team in fulfilling daily orders of artisan, specialty coffee. Review all daily invoices to ensure that orders are complete. Organize all orders to be hand delivered or shipped to various locations across the nation. Perform quality control on all wholesale coffees to collaborate with roasting team on optimal taste preferences. Ensure the warehouse runs efficiently to perform all of the given tasks effectively on a day to day basis.

Administer community-based environmental programs that promote sustainable living in the City of Long Beach. Work to research and develop projects that tackle issues afflicting the local community in areas such as water conservation, waste management, and urban agriculture. Implement existing programs and interact with the public in person as well as answering questions by phone or email about our office's progams and goals.

Served as a liaison for the community where I served, determined the most pressing needs for the community and its members and worked closely with members of Peace Corps and Malian professionals to alleviate issues that hinder growth and sustainable living. Lived 2 years in a Malian village, a first hand Ambassador using grass-roots development techniques. Adapted to the culture change of being in Mali where I became proficient in their native language, Bambara.

Long Beach, Ca

Analyzed Highly Migratory Species permit applications for compliance of the program with the same name. Tracked tuna imports using the guidlines under the Tuna Tracking and Verification Program, an agreement between the US Government and exporting countries that verify they used purse seine nets to catch tuna and did not intentionally try to encircle dolphin in order to trap their desired target, tuna species. Updated the purse seine vessel log for all US vessels using the purse seine method to catch tuna.

Designed specific works of art that the customers envisioned that we created in physical form. Selected moulding, mats, and design layout for creative presentations. Cut stock moulding to specific, custom size. Joined the moulding to create frames. Cut out openings in the mat for photos, magazines, drawings etc. Fitted the frame to be ready for pick up.
