As a Consultant with the LawVision Group Strategy practice, Geoff specialized in supporting major strategy projects and strategic decisions with data, information, and analyses. Geoff took the lead on merger and acquisition strategy & due diligence (commercial & financial), financial modeling, profitability analysis, compensation system design and analysis, and merger pro forma development, as well as presenting results of his work to client management. Geoff performed partner and client interviews in conjunction with strategy development and assessments. He also supported merger work by assisting with the development of target lists, merger evaluations, and all due diligence related to a combination. He was involved in the development of market & competitive analyses, retreat preparation/facilitation, go-to-market strategies, and various special studies.
