Identified business critical areas to be supported and created teams to address those critical areas.Led a $13.5M capital project to upgrade the facility’s circuit pack assembly area to "Next-Generation" Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Equipment, which increased output by 30% with no increase to overhead costs.

Designed and engineered processes to support high volume circuit pack manufacturing for enterprise communications systems with emphasis on process improvement, increased operating efficiency, documentation, and quality control. Provided daily technical support for automated assembly equipment, developed assembly equipment recipes / instructions, and trained production personnel.

Designed and implemented highly automated manufacturing processes for circuit pack assembly, final assembly, and product configurations associated with the production of an enterprise data switch.
