Familiar with regulatory authority and be able to line up proper resource to push projects forward.Familiar with both the commercial and regulatory environment in Hong Kong and China.Over 25 years of business development and technology experiences in IT, Telecom and Data Center industry and held various executive management and technology leadership positions at Towngas Telecom, PwC, Huawei, HP, PCCW, and Accenture. Currently both as GM, YingTong TGT Network Services (SHenzhen) Co Ltd, and Deputy GM, Business Development & Operations (Mainland) at Towngas Telecom (TGT, a full license HK telecom operator owned by HK & China Gas). The DGM role is effectively a combined COO and CTO role responsible for all TGT group’s business, operation, technology development, and P&L in mainland China. TGT Mainland has 4 data center joint ventures (at Dongguan, Jinan, Dalian, and Harbin, each with 2000-3000 racks), 6 telecom ducting companies (each with territorial exclusive operating license), a software company and 3 telecom services joint ventures, with a sizeable yearly combined CAPEX and OPEX budget.
