My role consists of:Leading & delivering people processes & policies in the Distribution Centre across all shifts by: ​Managing and delivering attendance routines and process in the Distribution Centre. ​Supporting colleagues to attend work, helping them to plan time away and take advantage of our time away from work policies. ​Liaising with the recruitment hub to ensure interviews are arranged and conducted in a prompt fashion, the candidate experience in the Distribution Centre is excellent and we have a consistent approach to vacancy management on each shift. ​Ensuring colleagues receive the best on-going training at the right time to develop their skills, supporting a team who are multiskilled to deliver for our customers. ​Offering advice, guidance and coaching to Managers where required on all people processes, policies, site agreement & routines. ​Executing informal and formal meetings as part of our grievance, discipline and protector line/complaints process. ​Managing the Distribution Centre wage routines, ensuing all colleagues are paid accurately and on time. ​Managing the People Support Administrators within the Distribution Centre. ​Oversee all people communication in the Distribution Centre on the shift to ensure colleague engagement and understanding. ​Reviewing our people data and insight for the Distribution Centre to look at opportunities for improvement and celebrate success. ​Partner with third parties within the centre to ensure a consistent colleague experience is embedded throughout the centre. ​Celebrating success and recognising others.

Working for Netcracker, my role consisted of:● Working proactively with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to manage recruitment processes, filling permanent, contract and temporary vacancies through identifying best talent using most cost effective methodologies.● I ran end to end recruitment including candidate sourcing, reviewing applications, interviewing and assessment.● I provided responsive feedback and support on the offer/new starter process to ensure best candidate experience, working with Talent Engagement Specialists to proactively source candidates to ensure best quality shortlist to present to the business.● I partnered proactively with Talent Engagement Specialists, HRBPs and hiring managers to understand the future needs of the business and understand its implications for talent management and resourcing.● I worked closely with hiring managers to develop appropriate attraction strategies and share best practices. I designed and wrote engaging recruitment adverts and evaluating the effectiveness of recruitment activity and make changes where necessary.● I designed and facilitated suitable interview and assessment methods for recruitment campaigns as appropriate.● I helped to ensure that recruitment is a cost focused area within the business.● I worked with the Talent Acquisition Director to produce and keep up to date with recruitment management information to ensure KPIs are measured.● I helped to improve hiring manager's capability with the interviewing processes and proactive networking through recruitment sites such as LinkedIn.● I also managed third party suppliers (agencies and contractors).
