Working for Netcracker, my role consisted of:• Working proactively with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to manage recruitment processes, filling permanent, contract and temporary vacancies through identifying best talent using most cost effective methodologies.• I ran end to end recruitment including candidate sourcing, reviewing applications, interviewing and assessment.• I provided responsive feedback and support on the offer/new starter process to ensure best candidate experience, working with Talent Engagement Specialists to proactively source candidates to ensure best quality shortlist to present to the business.• I partnered proactively with Talent Engagement Specialists, HRBPs and hiring managers to understand the future needs of the business and understand its implications for talent management and resourcing.• I worked closely with hiring managers to develop appropriate attraction strategies and share best practices. As Delivery Consultant for the Telecommunication sector, I was responsible for:• Delivering, sourcing and recruiting the finest Telecom Engineers/Managers for contract opportunities on a global scale. Having offices based in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia I was able to place candidates all over the world.
