Untitled Space Craft (USC) is a revolutionary bespoke modular controller system that I independently conceived and designed to enhance the gaming experience of Kerbal Space Program, a popular space program simulator.𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:• Created a brand new market for Kerbal Controllers• Amassed over 600,000 views on YouTube and 10,000 upvotes on Reddit, appealing to viewers and customers worldwide• Maintained a constant stream of customers for over two years• Designed a pleasant user interface that received widespread acclaim• Greatly simplified the design, construction, and customization processes by implementing a modular system, reducing costs and saving time• Out-competed a number of competitors and copycats• Hired and trained a team of workers to construct the modules and handle logistics, maintaining strict QA standards while minimizing losses• Maintained a very high standard of customer service𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬:• Designed circuits using basic components• Implemented microcontrollers such as ATmega and ATtiny, as well as a number of other ICs including shift registers and multiplexers• Extensively used serial communication protocols, namely I2C, SPI, and USB• Designed and constructed UI and structural elements using laser cutting, 3D printing, and PCB design• Built a website where users can design their own controllers, with various other QoL and production features

Based Count is an ecosystem of bots and websites that originated from the creation of basedcount_bot on Reddit in 2020. As a sole developer, I recognized the opportunity to drive positive community engagement and created basedcount_bot, which served as the foundation of the ecosystem. Since its inception, Based Count has experienced remarkable growth and expansion. The ecosystem now encompasses several other products focused on user engagement and data collection.𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:• Created basedcount_bot in Python, which quickly became a top-100 Reddit bot according to the b0trank rating system• Collected data for over 100,000 users and logged over 2 million intentional user interactions• Formed a team of developers for maintaining the bot and creating companion projects• Oversaw the creation of the Based Count website, which grew to attract several thousand monthly visits from around the world• Developed a host of other products, including an in-house LLM trained on user data for users to interact with.𝐅𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:In March of 2023, basedcount_bot was featured in a scientific journal, highlighting its contributions and recognition in the field.
