- Supervising the Finance team and ensuring high level of internal control.- Preparing the annual budget to be approved by the BOD.- Communicate with key personnel, suppliers, customers, governmental buddies, etc.- Control, maintain and legalise all corporate tax aspects.- Supervise maintaining appropriate sets of books that satisfy the reporting requirements, EAS, external auditors and tax authorities.- Produce on a regular basis accurate financial statements that present fairly the Company’s financials.- Design and setup an assets’ reporting system that safeguards the Company investments in assets and minimizes related risks to the minimum extent.- Evaluate, Direct, and Supervise the financial operations, banking relations, Financial reports…etc.- Reviewing Cash flow situation of the Company and optimizing high cash benefit standards.- Reviewing monthly reporting and the Financial Statements compared with the budget.- Take the necessary actions to maximise within ranges of responsibility both the revenue and the profit in order to exceed the operational budget.- Ensure all Operational Standards and internal policies are complete and kept up-to- date at all times.- Checking the most recent field audit with formulation of recommendations.
