Key Responsibilities:- Managed Dubai and Northern Emirates region for AHB Corporate Bank. - As Head was responsible for the establishment of the new business group within the Wholesale Bank with responsibilities covering setting and executing overall business strategy for SIG, managing budgets, people, resources, key clients, internal and external stakeholdersKey Accomplishments:- Developed over 200 plus New to Bank client relationships which included Global MNC’s, Regional Corporates from GCC and India - Identified opportunities in Renewable Energy Sector and put in place project finance lines for a top regional corporate, ESG projects that were financed for Sub Saharan Africa/Turkey/Saudi Arabia- In 2017, the unit was awarded the First Runner Up in the Diamond awards for the Best Business Unit at ENBD- Managed a team of over 40 staff and enjoyed consistently both the best Employee Engagement and Customer Satisfaction/Net Promoter Scores

As Head of the largest business group, responsibilities include setting and executing overall business strategy, managing budgets, people, and resourcing, handling key client relationships, and managing internal & external stakeholders. Key Accomplishments:- Successfully expanded the Wholesale Banking portfolio from a book of c. USD 13.5 B to over USD 41 B in 5 years - Established pricing strategy to optimize the risk and reward balance, boosted net interest margin- Set up and launched SME business in mid-2012 including establishment of policies, product programs and organization structure- Re-aligned Islamic Banking within the Wholesale Banking group to derive synergies and optimise opportunities - Led design and launch of state-of-the-art Transaction Banking platform covering Cash & Trade Services. Launched SWIFT for Corporates (one of 35 banks globally) and implemented launch of BPO (Banker’s Payment Obligation)- Re-aligned the organization structure into Client Coverage & Product groups to optimize profitability through cross-sell. - Strengthened CRM by introducing portfolio and relationship dashboards- Managed International Banking Division as acting Head for 1 year (2011)
