As the Production Manager at SocialTalent I handle all aspects of the production process right up to Post-Production. This includes sourcing locations, DP’s and working with our content team to help facilitate the presenters on the day. I also handle the publishing of content onto the SocialTalent platform, released to thousands of users all over the world.

As a respected member of this small team, I oversee the delivery of multiple remote video projects that complement the online learning platform while ensuring quality is maintained to enrich the learners experience with materials. In order to achieve this, I connect with remote teams based in the US and Europe to coordinate projects including scouting locations, resolving any conflicts and directing videographers to uphold consistency with video footage.For the best results, I interact with presenters to understand their needs and organise additional production requirements, including scripts or cues, to enable a seamless flow of conversation. My ability to transfer knowledge as a videographer has allowed me to guide projects from start to finish and foster a sense of autonomy among team members to stimulate ingenuity.

To support the creation of educational content for the platform, I oversaw the set-up of studios and provided clear direction to presenters in order to capture footage according to briefs. My ability to apply creative thinking allowed me to produce and edit footage to deliver clear, crisp content.In addition to the short videos for the platform, I also contributed to live stream events and branding/sales videos for employers. With an innate ability to build relationships, I successfully overcame cultural or language barriers for international presenters and travelled to locations in China, Europe and the US to guarantee the best results possible.
