Managed a portfolio of bespoke sports events for some of the UK’s biggest corporate and charity brands. Over my time the team successfully delivered more than 30 physical and virtual events, all over the UK and beyond, helping 40,000 people realise what they are capable of. In the process, the events raised over £14m for charity. - Built close relationships with a number of clients simultaneously, earning the trust of stakeholders to develop the accounts towards renewal. - Maintained momentum with both internal and client teams, creating project timelines and weekly meetings. - Planned and executed the participant journey, managing the online registration system, inbox traffic, copy writing of email comms and creating event guides.- Supported the creation of event branding (from brief to production to delivery).- Processed and transferred participant data to relevant parties ensuring GDPR compliance. - Shaped, presented and managed budgets for additional activation plans that meet client objectives- Created live event documents e.g. master schedules, info desk and crew briefing sheets- On-site event management of the client relationship and front of house registration and info desk areas and crews- Co-ordinated event debrief meetings and prepare final evaluation reports

Running customer service, chats, calls and emails.

Surrey Sports Park is a £36m elite training venue at University of Surrey offering World Class facilities. It is situated 30 minutes outside London and close to Heathrow and Gatwick Airports. The facility has hosted many professional sports teams since opening in April 2010, and is the home training venue for Harlequins FC, Surrey Storm Netball Superleague Team, British Basketball League Club, Surrey Scorchers, National Badminton League, Surrey Smashers and UK Top 5 Swimming Club, Guildford City.

Working for Surrey Sports Parks Fit for Living brand. Managing client one to ones, taking measurements and weights. Supporting and providing content for the course group sessions and leading the administrative side of the branch.

Assisting the Events Manager in administrating the implementation of event strategies for delivery of key events and conferences in order to increase revenue and use of the sports park facilities. Planning & organising all practical aspects of events i.e. catering, audio visual, room set up, security & cleaning.

Responsible for managing social media output for the drinks company COCO5 in the UK (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Vine, Youtube). Ensuring that output always follows the brand guidelines and developing and implementing social media strategy across the multiple social media channels. Creating materials to publish through photography’s, short films or graphics.

Working for BAA Heathrow Airport Communications Center during the Olympic and Paralympic period. Drafting press releases, producing daily media briefings, answering enquires from the media and summarising ‘blog’ coverage.Monitoring TV news coverage, control of press briefings, attending terminal meetings, managing high profile celebrities and hunting out stories and pictures for social media through film, journalism and social networking.

This role involved creating innovative marketing strategies to promote the event, organising and leading the volunteers through their delegated roles, leading up to and on the day of the event.
