My primary duties as a guest service representative are to assist guests with check-in and check-out process, provide guests with Airbnb and VRBO information and accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and friendly manner.

I am responsible for collections of outstanding accounts receivable dollars from existing client base and all other aspects of collections, resolving billing problems and reducing accounts receivable delinquency.

I coordinate with various departments and customers and resolve all technical and operational issues. I also provide support to customer care applications and ensure satisfaction for the same. I analyze customer care feedback and recommend improvements in customer care services.

I promote a product, service, and idea that includes, planning, advertising, public relations, product development, distribution, sponsorship, and research development marketing campaigns.

I am responsible for creating mutually advantageous relationships with organizations to build and maintain corporate sales accounts. I also develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate accounts. I target new accounts within the Trading, Oil & Gas, and Construction, Government, Educational and etc. sectors for new business.

I’m responsible for taking support and escalation of calls or requirements for supervisory assistance or support in resolving end-user issues. I also served as a subject matter expert on the client-specific program. I’m also responsible for developing others in support of company goals and objectives.My ​responsibility as a Trainer is to develop the knowledge and skills of a company's workforce. I ensure that a company has a workforce that can meet its current and future business objectives, and deliver quality products and services that meet customers' needs.

My duty is to deal with the needs of the customers. I answer customer’s queries and generally help them to address their issues.

I am responsible for delivering program-wide performance for the client by consistently meeting client goals and service level requirements in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
