 Owns and executes the talent acquisition function to recruit top consulting talent for project-based opportunities in the pharma, biopharma, and medical device industries. Proven success in developing and nurturing talent pipelines, negotiating rates, and consistently submitting qualified candidates within 48 hours. Creates outreach strategies and marketing content to attract qualified talent and establish employer brand through social media and electronic marketing. Proactively sources candidates based on anticipated hiring needs using LinkedIn, referrals, and professional network.  Collaborates with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs and formulates successful strategies for fulfillment. Designs social media graphics and edits promotional videos.  Schedules and conducts phone screens of candidates. Coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conducts interview debriefs with hiring teams, utilizing feedback to refine the screening and search criteria to identify additional candidates if needed. Reviews and updates client-facing candidate resumes as necessary. Utilizes ATS (Monday) to document all recruitment activity, candidate data, and track progress to completion. Prepares offer letters and manages all offer and onboarding documents via DocuSign. Conducts orientation presentation for new consultants.
