I was responsible for the management and supervision of the recruitment and testing process. I supervised 300+ employees. I successfully prepared, implemented and evaluated recruiting plans and strategies in support of the agency’s goal to attract and retain a high-quality and diverse workforce. I also selected, recruited and trained personnel for various agency operations.

I developed strategies to assist buyers and sellers during the search and negotiation process, leading to a significant growth in the Northern Atlanta market.

At Hansgrohe I was shift supervisor and, later, worked as laboratory chemist. I trained staff on plastic electroplating for the production line and managed 40 employees. I minimized the rejection percentage of our products by 90% through the implementation of strict standards for the preparation of chemical solutions and the control of chemical and physical parameters.

I returned to the Universidad Libre to take a role as Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering. I managed 160 professors, 60 administrative personnel, and over 1,500 students; and a budget of US$5 million. I oversaw and / or developed the creation of 3 new Engineering Departments (Environmental Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering), along with 4 new Post graduate Diplomas in engineering.I taught the following courses: Corrosion, Chemical Analysis, Management of Technology, Atomic Absorption Analysis.

At ATC I oversaw chemical analysis, prepared and controlled electroplating solutions for electronic products. Here, I also developed a new gold recovery process leading to substantial cost-savings. I manged a staff of 15.

NyTest Environmental Laboratories specialized in inorganic chemical analysis, atomic absorption, qualitative and quantitative analysis. Clients included the US Army, local governments, and private companies. As Supervisor, I oversaw the Department's day to day operations including sample collection, custodian, analysis and final reporting. I managed a staff of 20 Engineers.

I worked as a consultant for engineering processes focused on chemical analysis, preparation and control of electroplating solutions. I also developed a gold recovery process from electroplating, which led to increased cost-savings for several companies. My clients included: General Electric, ColCrom, Auto Splice, among others.

As Director of Metallurgical Engineering I managed all academic programs and staff for the Department, oversaw the creation of courses, and created and implemented the course entitled 'Corrosion'.

Acero Estructural is a company that designs and produces galvanized metal structures for infrastructure projects. As Chief Engineer I was in charge of overseeing and monitoring the galvanization plant in Bogotá, Colombia. I created and developed a zinc recovery process from metal residues.
