I have experience working at several postitions with EBSCO Industries, Inc for 20+ years. Starting as a order processing clerk and bid coordinator in Dallas and then promoted to Order Processing Manager in 1993 to 2007 at the same time I worked directly with the General Manager on administrative tasks. Transfered to the Denver regional office in 2007 as the Order Processing Manager. Postion changed in 2008 to Training and Support Manager and conducted seminars and classes in both customer service and order processing.
