Last week Groundswell the Charity I work for was awarded The ANDY LUDLOW Award proud is not a strong enough word to how I felt when we won. I was lucky enough to be chosen to accept the Award on behalf of Groundswell (I grabbed the cheque first) the Award and the winners cheque will help Groundswell to fund further Projects which will benefit our Clients.I AM SO PROUD TO HAVE BEEN A VOLUNTEER AND NOW A PAID WORKER FOR SUCH A GREAT CHARITY.Together we will help,assist and make the world better for homeless people.

To be in Charge of the TB Team take on work in Find & Treat working out of the Office 1 day a week.Work 4 days a week on a Permanent Contract. To be involved in more Conferences and basically working with a Company I believe in

This was a paid position which in its self created a complete new code of ethics allowing my transition from a volunteer into the work force, being a staff member with full responsibility of the TB Team taking on the work and schedules of TB and working with one of of Partners Find & Treat
Mainly Research for the 7 boroughs of West London interviewing Service Users within their Hostels reporting to the Commissioner of Supporting People and the Commissioners of the Boroughs
