Technicians are trained to service machines from the Duravant family of operating companies, with specialists in their respective brands.As a member of the executive leadership team, I am responsible for bringing together field service techs, remote support technicians, operations managers, project managers, and all those that support them, into an optimized workforce, able to fully serve all the business segments of the Duravant collection of operating companies in EMEA & ASIA. My leadership is key to designing and implementing the framework for Duravant's aftermarket organizational structure and processes, which deliver service solutions that are designed to reduce our customers operational disruptions and costs, optimize safety and quality, and improve the equipment’s overall operational effectiveness. This includes designing KPIs and dashboards, personnel utilization and efficiency, P&L management, organizational structural development, policy implementation, process standardization, and senior level cross-functional coordination with Duravant’s collection of operating companies and their customers.Duravant is a global company, specializing in the design and manufacture of systems that provide Packaging, Food Processing, and Material Handling solutions.

In this role I was responsible for all the aftermarket activities in the region EMEA and Asia. My department was broken up in different functionalities, i.e.: Field Service, Part Sales, Global 24/7 Service Desk, Customer Training, Technical Publications, Upgrades Programs, as well as admin tasks.
