Our MITS consultants created a solution that put this client on the cloud, ensured daily backup and business continuity were in place and shored up security by using our 24/7 managed firewall solution.A school asked us to help them reduce costs of printing and reduce the number of devices in their fleet. Our MPS/OM group created a “Follow Me Print” solution that reduced the number of devices in the fleet from 62 to 9, saved the district 35% on their annual spend, and gave the administration visibility via reporting on who, what, where, when. Manufacturing is an area that we have helped streamline workflow and improve efficiencies. AR/AP is a vital area where we have helped with ECM. A large manufacturing client asked us to help automate their process and reduce time spent. Instead of paper moving throughout the enterprise, the process is now completely electronic and the invoices get approved and paid on time which allows the client to receive on time payment discounts. My role as a senior account executive for the Gordon Flesch Company was to generate sales revenue by marketing/selling to assigned customers and prospects a full-line of multifunctional products as well as Professional Services solutions. These solutions included Managed Print programs, Enterprise Content Management and Managed IT Services. I developed relationships in a two county area for over 26 years. My desire as a professional for the Gordon Flesch Company was to utilize a consultative sales approach, to perform needs analysis for my accounts and then to provide outstanding solutions to improve business processes. I wanted to build lasting business relationships and to be relied upon to be "The Go To" strategic business partner for my clients.As a Team Leader I mentored and coached our GFC team members to maximize performance and help create customized business solutions for their clients. I trained team members to use our CRM, improved their product knowledge, presentation skills, proposal and solutions building, customer relationship building, cold calling and proper completion of paper work.
