While working with this organization, I grew up to take larger responsibilities and lead large teams of offshore and onsite Business Analysts and Project managers based on performance. I led various large and complex projects. Focused on strategic planning, market share development, and technology design efforts. Managed the entire project life cycle including project initiation, requirement gathering, business analysis, proposal/business case development, translating business requirements to IT for solution development, project delivery, stakeholder management, post-implementation review, project closure and handover. Handled large project of account distribution management system and coordinated with US, London, India and Singapore teams for execution of the same. Coordinated with technical leads and business stakeholders to define process workflows and data architecture and proposed technology stacks. Collaborated with UXD designer and led multiple plans for agile releases and iteration. Identified and mitigated project risks and proactively addressed the problems. Defined communication strategy and RACI. Ensured precise quality control processes are in place. Minimized defect rate by following test case driven development. Led project for on-boarding system migration and redesign and ensured defect-free releases through careful planning, testing and QA efforts. Managed continuous service improvements for an initiative for IT Americas and reduced infrastructure maintenance costs by 25%, improved CSI from 9 to 10, and minimized production incidents by 40%. Tracked progress, issue, risk and change controls through RTC. Reported iteration progress, team velocity, and burn down graphs, managed project financials and varied technology vendors through the project lifecycle.

Led efforts of 4 offshore DBAs in upgrading, automating key processes, and optimizing 80+ enterprise database systems that increased availability to 99.99% and reduced storage costs by $400K.
