Managed and trained up to 200 youth and was able to raise and manage resources of approximately up to EGP 25,000,000. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSABILITIES:➢ Provide leadership for staff on projects in terms of vision, implementation, planning, and continuous progress monitoring and evaluation, as well as lead in the preparation of work plans of running activities.➢ Ensure resources are engaged in a timely manner, that implementation moves forward according to plans, and that issues are resolved promptly.➢ Coordinate and manage outreach to, selection of, and agreements with corporate partners and governorate authorities.➢ Performs field visits to sites regularly.➢ Overview financial management of project budgets; forecasting and planning.➢ Ensure expenditures are in accordance with the donors-agreed budget lines.➢ Ensures appropriate staffing within the projects and as the budget allows.➢ Ensures that all staff understand and are able to perform their responsibilities.➢ defines expectations of staff members,develops workplans and improvement plans as needed, and provides technical support for staff development. • Show less
