 Responsible for Advanced Disposal’s Central Illinois operations serving 30,000 residential and 3,000 commercial customers in the Greater Decatur/Charleston area – including two collection operations and fleet maintenance facilities, Call Center, Dispatch office and a 250,000 tons/year landfill. $26M in operating revenue, 85 employees, 12 municipal/government franchises and an expansive open market commercial and residential customer footprint Aggressive revenue growth goals via acquisition opportunities and increasing open market industrial landfill volumes/commercial collection market share  Management of extensive third party contracts for landfill disposal Full P&L and budget responsibility including operations and maintenance (O&M) and capital improvement (CIP)
