During my tenure with Xerox Litigation Services (now Conduent), I served as Product Manager for the Viewpoint eDiscovery software platform. As a Product Manager, the scope of my work spanned from the very technical: working with software architects to develop requirements, to the very nontechnical work of managing client relationships, supporting the sales team, and communicating our team's goals and vision for the Viewpoint platform. In addition to the Viewpoint platform, I also managed the initial development and launch of the 'Client Portal' product which is an integrated and interactive cross-matter and cross-platform reporting for all eDiscovery projects handled by Xerox.

In this role, I managed a team of eDiscovery Project Managers within Fulbright & Jaworski's Practice Support department. In addition to providing direct oversight on large, complex and/or high-profile matters, I worked to develop and implement standard eDiscovery practices and processes for the Firm, specifically around best practices for the use of technology-assisted review technologies on Firm eDiscovery matters.

As a Senior Project Manager in Fulbright's Practice Support Group, I managed large and complex eDiscovery projects as well as providing advice to litigation teams and clients regarding the technological challenges that related to their matters. My services included planning and executing litigation holds, developing forensically-sound electronically stored information (ESI) collection methodologies, and leveraging technological tools to reduce the time and expense incurred when handling ESI in a litigation context.
