Responsible for design, capital budget, planning, and implementation of complex data, voice, and optical transmission systems. Platforms include advanced fiber optic transmission systems, Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS), IP data and ATM/FRM switches, digital and optical cross connect systems, voice switches, network management systems, as well as data and transport customer interconnect facilities. Responsible for required network platforms in the form of design creation, capital budget allocation, engineering specifications. Actively participate, contribute and support achieving customer service, sales, team and individual objectives.

Supervision of day-to-day activities for a team of Provisioners, Circuit Design Engineers, Project Managers and Circuit Activation Technicians. Provide training and develop process improvements in order to insure an effective and proficient team. Ensure that the provisioning unit has the necessary tools needed to perform their jobs effectively. Handle internal and external escalations for customer circuit turn up. Conduct presentations of Provisioning applications to executive level customers. Track, measure and distribute overall workload. Create and implement development plans for employees. Hold team meetings to address production issues, discuss specific orders and to advise team of objectives and deadlines.
