As a Sales Associate at NC State’s Wolfpack Outfitters, I focus on delivering great customer service, assisting with sales transactions, and helping with online order fulfillment. My role includes keeping the sales floor organized and stocked, efficiently processing transactions, and making sure every guest has a positive shopping experience. Working with Campus Enterprises has given me valuable retail experience and helped me build customer service skills, all while contributing to the success of NC State’s retail and hospitality services.
