My professional life combines two roles, architect and professional coach. On the surface the two are very different, but they are complementary since they share the same focus: the human aspect, whether to be translated into buildings or to be discovered in oneself and developed.Working as an architect since 2006, I have an extensive experience in the international architectural sector, and I have a deep understanding of the challenges and requirements of projects of all sizes. My methodology is based on SIMPLICITY, EFFICIENCY and EXPERIENCE, leading to a smooth a pleasant design and construction process.In January 2023 I decided to launch AFLOW architecture Sàrl. The company's name comes from the fact that I see architecture as a response to human needs, an "architecture" that "flows" naturally from what is required by use, place and culture, with the human aspect at its centre.For this reason, I work with a few core values in mind: HUMILITY, HONESTY, RESPECT. My other role, that of a coach, comes after many years of interest in self-development and work-life balance. In 2021 I started my training as a coach and now, as a certified coach and ICF member, I accompany professionals and help them achieving a fulfilled professional and personal life.In 2023 I’ve joined the international team of coaches of BetterUp as independent contractor.Born in Italy, I live in Switzerland since 2011.
