Human Resources Generalist
CurrentRecruitment:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels.- Organizing, making, and implementing recruitment plans to meet the recruitment goals andrequirements for the entire Company.- Responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment process (from job posting, sourcing & screening,interview & selection, to onboarding).- Handle recruitment process, procedures, and policies to ensure smooth and proper implementation- Networking with potential candidates via social media platforms (Zalo, Facebook, LinkedIn...).- Manage & update profiles of candidates and employees in the HR system.- Report to HRM/BOD on recruitment activities.Training:- Develop training procedures- Analyzed training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.-Conduct orientation sessions for new hires: welcome newcomers and arrange onboardingplans/company accounts.- Training needs analysis, collecting requirements, and preparing the training plan as well as the trainingbudget per year.- Cooperating with relevant departments and suppliers to conduct training courses as planned.- Surveying the trainee satisfaction after per course.-Monitor, review, and coordinate with relevant departments to periodically plan training activitiesrelated to the company's operations ( ISO 9001, Food Hygiene and Safety, OHS, FSMA,...)- Support for HR projects (KPIs - BSC).- Other duties assigned by HRM/BOD.Employee Relations- Ensure that employees are fully communicated and trained in up to date the company’s vision,mission, HR policies, procedures.- Contributes to promoting and improving the working spirit of employees.-Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting andadministering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.Others:- Analyzed and implemented AOP annual report related to HR.- Develop and execute a comprehensive employee engagement plan.- Reporting weekly/monthly/ quarterly
