My name is Gianluca, IT Project & Delivery Manager at TATA Consultancy Services Limited (TCS). I have almost 20 years of experience as IT consultant, mainly spent in Financial contexts where I started as Programmer, and the job was pure playfulness. Got the degree in Mathematic in the 2004 and the Master on Technology & Software Management in 2005, I moved to Rome in Wind Telecommunication as Java/J2EE Full Stack Developer consultant for three years. Since 2008 I live in Milan, employee in Alten S.p.A. first, then in TCS Limited, working as consultant for many years in complex financial contexts like Unicredit and Intesa San Paolo Banks. I performed many roles, from the Full Stack Developer to the Project and Delivery Manager passing through Business Analyst, Team Lead, IT Service Manager and Product Owner. For 10 years I assumed the ownership of the Foreign Payments and Cash Management products in Unicredit, leading a Team of around 20 heads composed by Technicians, Analysts and Testers, delivering projects and maintenance activities. In the last years, following the new Digital Transformation era, I reviewed some methodologies, approaches and interactions with the stakeholders and the Team. The focus is mainly on the customer success, on the continuing satisfaction of their needs, on the quality of the deliverables and the services offered, on the Team culture. Attracted by today challenges, I’m aspiring to be part of a Team and Company having an innovation mindset, approaching the use of AI and Machine Learning processes to generate insights from the data and provide innovative value to face the competitiveness.
