Responsible for managing a team of technicians for the EMEA region at Barracuda Networks, experienced in Support processes and procedures, and in the support and diagnosing of technical issues. Pride in offering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. After successfully completing my 'Bulletproof Manager' training with Crestcom in 2010, I began practicing new techniques on a daily basis. Making sure that we offer a service to all customers and it's staff to the best of the department's abilities.Strategically I have brought many changes to ensure an ever-growing customer base has continued to benefit from an efficient, polite and friendly human response.My technical abilities and problem solving techniques, were key in being able to be one of Voyager Software's all time top engineers. Supporting issues from our entire product range from 1st to 3rd line level.I strongly believe in managing my teams openly, giving freedom to work in a way they want to, and which works best for the company. My "down to earth" outlook on life is reflected in how I manage my team, putting their best interests (both personal and professional) as my primary concern.
