Director of the National Forest Teaching School with overall responsibility for the strategic development of the Teaching School as well as operational responsibility for Initial Teacher Education and the deployment of SLEs. I work collaboratively with Higher Education Institutions and local schools on highly successful School Direct Programme and was successful in July 2014 in gaining SCITT accreditation for John Taylor High School. I am also a trained facilitator on the nationally accredited Improving and Outstanding Teacher Programmes
