With over 20 years of experience in various educational settings and roles, I am currently the Training & Staffing Director at NORTH EAST ISD, one of the largest school districts in Texas. I oversee the recruitment, training, and retention of high-quality educators and staff, ensuring alignment with the district's vision, mission, and goals.My core competencies include coaching and mentoring, training and development, project management, and solutions consulting. I have successfully designed and implemented workforce training programs, change management initiatives, and assessment solutions for diverse and challenging populations, resulting in increased engagement, performance, and satisfaction. I am passionate about creating a positive and supportive learning culture, fostering collaboration and innovation, and empowering employees to achieve their full potential. I hold a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from St. Mary's University, where I also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education/Curriculum and Instruction.
