About Gina Watts
Mrs. Gina (Jones) Watts is an advocate, educator, and leader with a heart for service. For nearly 10 years, Mrs. Watts served as a full-time instructor and Career Services Coordinator in the Student Success Center at Penn State Fayette, the Eberly Campus. Mrs. Watts currently serves as the Executive Director of Vineyard Community Center and Director of Mission Ministries at Vineyard Columbus in Columbus, Ohio. She is also an author, coach, trainer and speaker, where through Encouragement, Education, and Events, Gina helps individuals, teams and organizations release their passion while pursuing their purpose. As the Global Director of Youth Programs for the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, Gina equips adults to serve youth and empowers youth to lead themselves and others in their communities. Since 2017, Mrs. Watts has led Maxwell Coaches to serve more than 1.75 million youth during the semi-annual Global Youth Initiative. Through this program, youth participate in free in-person and virtual events in communities around the world. As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, Gina offers workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding her clients’ personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Since 2001, Mrs. Watts has served as a leader for more than 20 boards and developed three nonprofit organizations. Since 2010, she has toured local middle and high schools and youth groups, meeting with youth - helping them identify their personal and professional goals. Her experience as a college instructor, global career development facilitator (CDFI), organizational leader, strategist, and member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team have more than prepared her to assist individuals enhance their leadership skills and/or those of their teams and organizations.
